Environmental conservation is not a short-term project — it is a generational commitment. To make ecological restoration sustainable, we must cultivate leadership skills in our youth today.

Mentoring Environmental Champions

Our Student Leader Training Program bridges the gap between scientific knowledge and community action. We partner with school environmental clubs across Kenya, selecting student leaders to undergo leadership training.

  • Action-Oriented Learning: Students learn how to build and maintain school tree nurseries.
  • Communication & Advocacy: Training on public speaking and advocating for conservation in their home villages.
  • Climate Literacy: Equipping students with practical understanding of climate change mitigation.
  • Scaling Local Impacts

These trained leaders return to their schools to lead planting drives, set up composting stations, and coordinate dialogues. By putting youth at the center of conservation, we turn classrooms into hubs of ecological action, creating green roots that grow directly into the community.
