What We Do

Our Programs

Bridging ecosystem restoration with community development through structured action pillars.

Environmental Action

Core Environmental Programs

Targeted, evidence-based solutions addressing deforestation, soil health, water conservation, and biodiversity.

Ecosystem Restoration & Reforestation

We organize community and school-based tree planting drives, identify and restore degraded land in partnership with local administration and landowners, and train community 'tree champions' who monitor seedling survival and maintain restoration sites over time.

Climate-Smart & Regenerative Agriculture

We equip smallholder farmers with sustainable, climate-resilient farming practices that increase yields and household food security while protecting natural resources.

  • Organic and regenerative farming — restoring soil health and reducing chemical input dependency
  • Water conservation techniques — rainwater harvesting, mulching, and drip irrigation
  • Vertical farming and hydroponics — space- and water-efficient growing methods for land-constrained households
  • Soil improvement practices — composting, crop rotation, and cover cropping

Selected farming households also receive starter resources and cash-transfer support to translate training into sustained income-generating activity.

Biodiversity Conservation

Much of our restoration work takes place in and around areas of ecological significance. Our biodiversity conservation efforts include:

  • Native and indigenous tree species regeneration
  • Watershed and water-source protection
  • Community-based conservation agreements and monitoring
  • Climate adaptation planning at the community level
  • Women-led environmental action groups

Climate & Environmental Awareness

We run community dialogue forums and school-based sessions that build local climate literacy — translating environmental knowledge into practical action that communities can sustain on their own, from land restoration to water conservation to sustainable farming.

Local Leadership

Community Stewardship Programs

Equipping women, teenage mothers, students, and community elders with skills to lead environmental work sustainably.

Women’s Livelihood Restoration through Climate-Smart Farming

Through our Women-Led Climate Resilience Program, we supported 30 vulnerable women with cash transfers while equipping them with climate-smart farming and vertical gardening skills — restoring livelihoods, enhancing food security, and strengthening community resilience to climate change.

School Mentorships

Pairing students with mentors to build the confidence, life skills, and academic grounding that produces tomorrow’s environmental leaders.

Student Leader Training

Leadership, communication, and innovative-thinking training for student leaders — many of whom go on to run environmental clubs and lead restoration activities in their own schools.

Teenage Mothers Empowerment The Second Chance Initiative

Supporting teenage mothers to return to and remain in school, paired with mentorship — broadening who gets to participate in and benefit from community and environmental leadership.

Community Dialogue Forums

Safe, inclusive spaces where residents address local social and environmental issues and co-create solutions, anchoring environmental work in genuine community ownership.
